Solvoz will release multi-team functionality soon that allows organisations to create multiple teams so that you can:
- Manage projects separately, with teams having the ability of their own catalogues, baskets and RFQs.
- Teams can share baskets with each other, to aggregate demand for larger RFQs in the marketplace.
This means that one organisation can quickly expand when needed when operations grow, more teams are needed, and control is needed on teams within a country or regional network. Multi-team also allows users to belong to multiple teams across one or more organisations. Users can quickly join a team, share experience, and help develop products, including kits and launch RFQs.
The multi-team functionality enhances the existing pooled procurement functionality, allowing the seamless aggregation of demand through sharing and merging baskets. No other platform offers these features of pooled procurement functionality in the way Solvoz’ platform does.
The functionality allows each organisation registered on our portal to create different teams (entities) based on various criteria chosen by the organisation. For example, based on functional, geographical, and/or hierarchical criteria within your organisation or company. This new functionality is developed specifically (for example, logistics clusters or humanitarian collaborations) to support emergency responses. However, the possibilities for use in different operational contexts are endless. We will soon publish various use cases online on our website. The functionality is live on one of the portals operating on our technology (NCDconnect) and will soon be deployed on Solvoz.com too!
Solvoz is releasing new features constantly, did you see last month’s newsletter edition, where we announced the new supplier accounts? With these ongoing releases of new features and functionalities, we strengthen our marketplace, a tool for NGOs, health agencies, and aid and impact agencies to support their procurement and sourcing. Developed to increase our sectors’ efficiency and effectiveness, bridge the funding gap, and create fair marketplaces globally. Contact us if you wish to have a demo of this new feature or have questions about how Solvoz could support you!
