Important updates with new functionalities in Solvoz
The Solvoz platform just got better. Here’s a summary of the latest updates:
- Arabic language support: The platform now includes full support for #Arabic, making it accessible to Arabic-speaking users globally. This includes translated interfaces, product catalogues, and tender functionalities, enhancing usability and regional adoption.
- AI-generated comparative reports for tenders: Solvoz now leverages #AI to automatically analyze and compare the supplier responses of your procedure (market assessment, RFQs and tenders). These smart reports highlight key differences, rank offers based on your predefined criteria, and assist procurement teams in making faster, more informed decisions.
- Side-by-side reporting of supplier bids: A new reporting feature enables users to view and compare multiple supplier bids in a parallel format. This improves transparency and simplifies the evaluation process by allowing clear, line-by-line comparisons of specifications, prices, and compliance with requirements.
- Downloadable tender documentation for auditability: The system can now generate downloadable files containing all bid submissions, communications, and evaluation outcomes. This ensures a complete, traceable record of each procurement process, supporting both internal governance and external audits.
