Why Solvoz?
Over the last decade, there has been a consistent rise in the demand for humanitarian assistance and more equitable local healthcare service provision. Faced with finite resources, many organisations find themselves in the difficult position of needing to do more with the same budget year on year in their efforts to adequately respond to these growing needs.
With procurement activities accounting for approximately 65% of humanitarian agency budgets, Solvoz believes that more efficient and responsible procurement practices can significantly contribute to addressing this shortfall.
Throughout our extensive experience in humanitarian procurement, we have observed excessive and inefficient spending resulting from a range of factors, including limited market understanding, lack of knowledge sharing, and duplication of efforts. To address these challenges, Solvoz has been developed as a comprehensive digital solution aimed at facilitating fundamental change in procurement by organisations operating in LMICs.
