Global RFP for Travel Agency Services – Cordaid NL Seeks Partners!
Our customer Cordaid NL is inviting proposals from qualified travel agencies to manage our corporate travel needs on a global scale. We’re looking for a partner with dedicated experience in the NGO sector to support Cordaid staff with seamless, efficient, and cost-effective travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
The selected agency will play a vital role in helping to ensure Cordaid team members can travel safely and efficiently to global locations.
🔹 Scope of Services: Comprehensive corporate travel management with a focus on global NGO travel requirements.
🔹 Requirements: Expertise in managing end-to-end travel needs, with a strong emphasis on service quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and adaptability (emergency bookings/travel rerouting, etc.)
🔹 Coverage: Global, for Cordaid employees across all branches.
🔹 Deadline to submit quotes: 3rd December, 2024
🔹 RFP outcome: The RFP winner will sign a long-term Cordaid agreement.
