Exciting news: Announcement of the new strategic partnership between HELP Logistics and Solvoz. The partnership will deliver an open-access Integrated Logistics Services Tool for humanitarian actors by mid-2024.

Small and medium-sized NGOs in particular, often struggle with managing key services (transportation, warehousing, customsclearance, and forwarding) due to resource limitations and a lack of expertise in describing their needs and assessing the quality of service providers. Constraints in logistics capacity significantly impact these organisations (see for more information the recently launched report: The State of Logistics and Supply Chain in the Humanitarian Context – Oct 2023).

To address these challenges, HelpLogistics and Solvoz will develop an open-access tool to empower humanitarian actors, streamline logistics processes and enhance communication with logistics service providers. This will ultimately save costs, time and improve the market access for humanitarian organisations. At the same time, it will strengthen local economies by making logistics service providers accessible to humanitarian actors and allowing them to participate actively in relief efforts.

Solvoz and HELPLogistics believe this partnership will provide valuable support to the humanitarian sector.
