Course description
Lesson 1 is focused on the basics of creating and describing solutions. It covers the different types of solutions – products, services, and kits – and the key information required to describe them, such as their name, use case, and criteria. The lesson also teaches how to create a solution from scratch and customize it according to specific requirements for supplier communication. By the end of this lesson, learners will be able to create and describe new solutions to meet the needs of their organization.
Lesson 2 is centered around tender baskets and how to use them. It covers how to create a new basket and modify an existing one by searching and adding solutions to it. Learners will also learn how to create and modify lots based on similar characteristics. By the end of this lesson, learners will be able to create and handle tender baskets as a reference point for launching their tender.
Lesson 3 teaches about the tender procedure, its associated key terms and information, and the main steps to prepare a tender for publication. It covers general information, scheduling, financial information, and lot information, as well as how to invite suppliers to quote and publish a tender. By the end of this lesson, learners will be able to accurately define their tender with relevant information and publish it on the portal.
