This video is focused on creating tender amendments based on various tender changes needed. There are different types of amendments – depending on changes in scope, budget, specifications or timeline – which can be defined as clarifications, corrections, extensions, compliance requirements, etc. Trainees will learn how to define and publish an amendment to meet the needs of their tender.

How to initiate and handle communication with suppliers via the Solvoz platform

This video is centered around exchanging communication between buyer and suppliers with different purposes: to provide tender status updates, to require clarifications, inform of tender awarding decisions, etc. It covers how to identify various supplier categories depending on their status: invited, interested, declined, etc. Trainees will learn how to access and manage message notifications, how to initiate and follow up on supplier messages through the portal.

How to add an external quote in the system on behalf of a supplier

This video teaches about the alternative way of adding bids in the system on behalf of suppliers. It illustrates the 2 main steps of this process: supplier creation (for unregistered suppliers) and creating the external quote. Trainees will be able to accurately add quotes in the system respecting the same standard tender procedure forma.
